CANCELLATION POLICY
Cherie genuinely values her clients and holds their appointments at the highest priority. Here at Place to be You, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clients.
Please understand that when you forget about your appointment or cancel your appointment without giving a sufficient amount of notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on our waiting list then miss the opportunity to receive the services they need.
There will be cancellation fees applied to clients that fail to notify a cancellation or change in their appointment 48 hours ahead.
